Money arrangements, contracts, rehoming, co-owning, shipping, meeting arrangements and any other transactions between the two parties is solely the responsibility of the consumers and the breeder. Smiling French Bulldogs is not responsible for and excepts no liability in any transactions between the consumer & breeder’s. If you have issue with anything, you must take it up with the other party.

If you feel a breeder has violated our community standards, you can report the breeder to us. After investigation of your complaint, we will determine a result and reply to you with our results. If we feel the breeder has breached our community standards, they will be blacklisted, and we will cut all future business with that breeder. We appreciate all feedback and encourage that everyone does good business with proper etiquette.
